It's only a *little* out of the way. =)

How wonderful that you will have a chance to work with Jenny Beyer. I love hand piecing, though most of my hand time is now spent on crazy quilting.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2951351611948250076.post-88545720614851354752009-02-28T11:06:00.000+11:002009-02-28T11:06:00.000+11:00What a great project! When we get rain we also get "wind" so be ready for some active stormes. :o)

I have purchased the basting pins and printed off the the instructions now all I need to do is make my quilt blocks. I will have them in the mail by the end of Feb. ( this weel)

Thanks for all of your hard work to help others.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2951351611948250076.post-24646830670223028042009-02-26T04:55:00.000+11:002009-02-26T04:55:00.000+11:00hi,I found your blog via shellyfish.wordpress.com,...hi,

I found your blog via shellyfish.wordpress.com, who says she is planning to try to make a couple of squares. I've never done any quilting, but have thought for a while that I'd like to try, so if I get a chance I'll have a go in the next week and send them to you.

I don't have a sewing machine though, being more of a crocheter and knitter than sewing person, but I'm sure I'd be able to 'liberate' either my mother's or my mother-in-law's!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2951351611948250076.post-66303335584690372182009-02-25T12:09:00.000+11:002009-02-25T12:09:00.000+11:00Muchas gracias ladies! I think Kansas City is close to where we are going (that should narrow it down pretty well ;o) oh and we are NOT going to be guests of the big prison) and the schools are great on base, so Miss Emma can get some assistance with her hearing impairment.

I want my firend Erica to come over sometime this weekend and we will lay out quilts in the back yard. We don't get rain here, so that should be fine. I am going to employ both Stu and Kristin's ideas...I feel it should work!

xo,
Tiathe Campfollowerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16342276701416619400noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2951351611948250076.post-43665268420995400062009-02-25T11:57:00.000+11:002009-02-25T11:57:00.000+11:00Woo hoo! How about a compromise in order to save our sanity: lay out your blocks like your hubby suggests and then if there are a few that just aren't playing nicely, swap them out with the first good ones that show up in the pile. Maybe hubby can take all the kids out bowling or to a movie or something and you can take over a few rooms and lay out several tops at once. Maybe.Kristin Lhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05955546754675680404noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2951351611948250076.post-18017485131492833412009-02-25T05:24:00.000+11:002009-02-25T05:24:00.000+11:00KANSAS?!!?
