Sharlene Patchwork Tote. I saw the bag on the front of this Vera Bradly catalog, and knew I HAD to have one. But I don't care for Vera's fabric, or her quilting, so I did my own thing. The catalog was abandoned at the APO, so I took it home. And this is the bag I made. I LOVE all these fabrics. The big pink in the middle is a Marimekko print, the blue flowers is one of my favorites (I really do have favorites in my fabric collection) form Yuwa, a lavender Linen and a couple strips of a canvas in the print of a London Tourist map. I put a happy little flower up on the top with a hand made button and little silver bee. I really like this little bag, but I think I am going to list it in my Hyena Cart store along with a couple others. I hope they go to a good home. Tomorrow there will be some civilian bags in my Hyena Store around 8PM your time.
This is a little detail shot of "ring around the rosey". For those of you waiting for fabric/bag layout pictures please remind me who you are. There are so many of you and I am confused about who wants to see what. Please forgive me....
OK, I am off to rummage through my emails! You all have a great weekend!

Thanks Tia!! You have no idea how much I needed a happy bag named after me today. Well, yes you do. Us Army wives have to stick together and going on a Timtex hunt is the least I can do!
